Jennifer Hoffart is a compassionate mental health professional with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Nebraska–Omaha. With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), she brings a unique blend of nursing and mental health skills, allowing her to support individuals and families when and where they need it most. Throughout life, we encounter significant challenges that can profoundly impact us. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment for individuals and families as they work through their emotions and experiences.
